BBTS 2025 Annual Conference Registration 

Thank you for your interest in registering to attend the BBTS 2025 Annual Conference, taking place at the Harrogate Convention Centre (HCC) on 14 - 16 October 2025. 

 

Note for NHSBT-funded delegates: please do not register for this conference until you receive your invitation letter with a personalised code. Your registration will be funded from a central budget and you will be provided with a link for your registration.

 

Please read the text below carefully, as it contains important information to assist your registration:

If you have submitted an abstract prior to registering, please use the same login details. Otherwise, please create a new account below. Your login details will differ from those used for BBTS conferences in previous years. If you do not complete your registration, your account will be stored for 24 hours, after which you will need to re-create your account.

Please note that if you need to raise a purchase order, please do so before registering as you will need to attach the PO as you progress through registration. The deadline to register and pay via invoice payment is Friday 12 September 2025. After this date, only credit/debit card payments will be accepted.

Note that delegates need to book their accommodation separately, as this is not included in the registration fee. A link to book local accommodation options can be found in your confirmation email following registration.

The dress code is smart casual or informal. The cost of the Conference Dinner is not included in your conference registration fee. The Gala Dinner costs £55 + VAT to attend.

5K Fun Run

Start your conference day with a refreshing 5K fun run on Wednesday, 15 October. A 3K route will also be available. This casual run is a great way to stretch your legs, connect with other attendees, and enjoy some outdoor time before the sessions begin. All fitness levels are welcome—just come along, enjoy the experience, and get ready for a full day of events ahead. We look forward to seeing you there!

By participating in the 5K Fun Run on Wednesday 15 October 2025, you do so at your own risk. By joining the event, you confirm that you are in good health and physically fit to take part. If you have any concerns about your ability to safely participate, it is recommended that you consult with a healthcare provider beforehand. The organisers will not be held liable for any injury, accident, or illness that may occur during the event.
