Note that delegates need to book their own accommodation separately as this is not included in the registration fee.

Terms and Conditions
Payment 1.1 By completing the registration form online, you agree to pay the required registration fees and any associated costs, that have been booked through the registration system. 1.2 To complete your registration to the conference, full payment must be made by credit or debit card at the time of booking. 1.3 An email containing your login details will be sent to you on completion of your registration profile. Your booking confirmation will be sent once a successful payment of the chosen registration fees has been processed. 1.4 All prices quoted are exempt of VAT. Registration fees are subject to VAT at the current rate, where applicable. Data Protection and Cookies 2.1 We will only ever gather and process your personal data (including any special category personal data) provided on the registration form, in order to ensure that necessary arrangements are made for you in relation to the Conference and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Data Protection Act 2018). This may include passing such information to the operators of the venue and to publishers of conference proceedings or abstracts, for the purposes required for the Conference. It remains your responsibility to advise us of any dietary and/or access requirements that you may have. Events Outside of Our Control 3.1 It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the content, format and or timing of the Conference, the identity of the speaker or the date or the venue. In the event of any such alterations we will not be liable to you for any costs or losses whether direct or indirect. 3.2 Should we be unable to perform any obligations under this Agreement due to causes or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including any Act of God, war or threatened war, terrorism or threatened terrorism, fire, epidemic or pandemic, flood, drought, strike, lock out or actions of the venue/hotels, We will not be liable to you for this. 3.3 The Organisers do not accept responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance and delegates are advised to take out their own insurance policies to cover such circumstances. Cancelling your booking and refunds 4.1 If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us at mtis@conferencecollective.co.uk, in writing, immediately. 4.2 Cancellation charges, for accepted bookings, are as a percentage of the registration fee, and are as follows: Written notice: a) received up to 12 weeks before start date of conference - 0% b) received between 12 weeks and up to 8 weeks before start date of conference - 25% c) received between 8 weeks and up to 4 weeks before start date of conference - 50% d) received less than 4 weeks before start date of conference - 100% 4.3 No refund will be made to those registrants who have booked and paid for the Conference but who are unable to attend, for whatever reason. 4.4 Substitutes may be made, provided that a name is sent in writing in advance of the Conference. General 5.1 This Agreement is subject to the laws of England, and it is agreed that the courts of competent jurisdiction shall be the English Courts.
