Thank you for your interest in attending Joint meeting of UK NEQAS BTLP and BBTS Blood Bank Technology SIG taking place at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre (BCEC) on Tuesday 25 November 2025. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ:

If you have received a Discount Code for registration, please enter it in the "Discount Code" field during your registration process.

If you do not have a Discount Code, please be prepared to provide your debit or credit card information to complete your registration and payment. If you require an invoice, please ask your Finance Department to raise a Purchase Order. You will need the Purchase Order before you register as we require you to upload your Purchase Order document when you are registering for the meeting. The cost of the registration is £135 + VAT. The cost of the dinner ticket is £43 + VAT.

Please create a new account using your email address.  If you do not complete your registration, your account will be stored for 24 hours, after which you will need to re-create your account.

All events organised by the Conference Collective Ltd, on behalf of our clients, are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Bookings should be made on the registration platform (one registration entry per delegate).

Our contract with you
1.1 Submission of your booking is an offer which will be acknowledged in writing by the Conference Collective Ltd on behalf of the organisers, (‘Us, Our, We’). Acceptance of the booking will only take place if so agreed by Us and not until receipt of cleared funds (if applicable) for the Event, and when We have specified this in writing. This will form the ‘Agreement’ between us.

Data Protection and Cookies
2.1 We will only ever gather and process your personal data (including any special category personal data) provided on the registration form, in order to ensure that necessary arrangements are made for you in relation to the Conference and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) and the Data Protection Act 2018). This may include passing such information to the operators of the venue and hotels and to publishers of conference proceedings or abstracts, for the purposes required for the Conference. It remains your responsibility to advise Us of any dietary and/or access requirements that you may have. 

Events Outside of Our Control
3.1 It may be necessary for reasons beyond Our control to alter the content and timing of the Conference, the identity of the speaker or the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the Conference being cancelled, your registration fee will be transferred to the next suitable event, if applicable (except in circumstances as set out in clause 4.4 below), but we will not be liable to you for any other costs or losses, whether direct or indirect.
3.2 Should We be unable to perform any obligations under this Agreement due to causes or circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, including any Act of God, war or threatened war, terrorism or threatened terrorism, fire, epidemic or pandemic, flood, drought, strike, lock out or actions of the venue/hotels, We will not be liable to you for this.

Cancelling your booking and refunds
4.1 If  you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, you must inform us at ukneqas@conferencecollective.co.uk in writing, immediately. Requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 

4.2 No refund will be made to those registrants who have booked and paid for the event but who are unable to attend on the day, for whatever reason. However, substitutes may be made, provided that a name is sent in writing to us prior to the event.

General
5.1 This Agreement is subject to the laws of England and it is agreed that the courts of competent jurisdiction shall be the English Courts.
