Terms and Conditions
Registration: - Any registration changes or cancellations must be made in writing to bbts@conferencecollective.co.uk. - Any cancellations received before Monday 17 August 2021 will be entitled to a full refund. Any cancellations received after this date will receive no refund. This includes social events. Name substitutions will be accepted at any time. - Payment of invoice must be completed within 30 days of the invoice date.
